Welcome to A&L Collectibles. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store, social media sales channels, live breaks, and other services offered by A&L Collectibles.

By accessing our services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make purchases from A&L Collectibles. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, purchases must be made with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Collectibles

A&L Collectibles sells sports trading cards, sealed trading card products, collectibles, break spots, and related merchandise.

Trading cards and collectibles may vary in condition, appearance, rarity, and value. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not guarantee the condition, grade, future value, or resale value of any item.

Product images may be used for illustrative purposes. Packaging and product appearance may vary.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. A&L Collectibles reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, inventory errors, or other inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, or violations of these Terms.

4. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

A&L Collectibles does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our separate Refund & Return Policy.

5. Live Breaks

Purchases of spots in sports card breaks are final.

By purchasing a break spot, you understand that:

• The cards received are determined by the contents of the products opened and the rules announced for the applicable break.
• Purchasing a spot does not guarantee that you will receive a card.
• We do not guarantee any particular player, team, card, autograph, memorabilia card, parallel, insert, "hit," card value, or quantity of cards.
• Results of a break cannot be changed because a participant is dissatisfied with the cards received or the value of those cards.
• Break formats, team assignments, randomizations, and other applicable rules will be established for each break.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the rules and format of a break before purchasing a spot.

6. Randomizations

When a break, promotion, or other activity requires randomization, A&L Collectibles may use a third-party randomization service or another reasonable method.

Once a valid randomization has been completed, the results are final unless an obvious technical or administrative error occurred.

7. Manufacturer Issues

A&L Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer-related issues involving factory-sealed products, including damaged cards, missing cards or hits, manufacturing defects, incorrect collation, stated odds, redemptions, or other production-related problems.

Manufacturer-related claims may need to be submitted directly to the applicable manufacturer.

8. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside of our control. A&L Collectibles is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping disruptions outside our reasonable control.

If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact us promptly and provide photographs of the package, packaging materials, and affected items so the situation can be reviewed.

9. Incorrect Orders

If A&L Collectibles sends an incorrect item or makes an order fulfillment error, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact A&L Collectibles regarding a legitimate order concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback when reasonably possible.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, including disputes involving products or break spots that were properly delivered or fulfilled as described, may result in suspension or termination of the customer's ability to purchase from A&L Collectibles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law or the rules of their payment provider.

11. Promotions, Giveaways & Raffles

Promotions, giveaways, contests, or similar activities may be subject to additional rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and restrictions.

Where applicable, those specific rules will supplement these Terms of Service. A&L Collectibles will not knowingly conduct an activity prohibited by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The A&L Collectibles name, logo, graphics, website content, photographs, videos, and original promotional materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, team logos, league logos, manufacturer names, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Customers may not use our services to engage in fraud, attempted fraud, payment abuse, harassment, manipulation of breaks or promotions, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable law.

A&L Collectibles reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to its services when reasonably necessary to protect the business, its customers, or the integrity of its activities.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A&L Collectibles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or the purchase, sale, collection, grading, or resale of trading cards and collectibles.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

A&L Collectibles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of our services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, placing an order, purchasing a break spot, or otherwise completing a transaction with A&L Collectibles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Refund & Return Policy.
