Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Thank you for shopping with A&L Collectibles. Due to the nature of sports trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, and live breaks, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed.
No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with card condition or value, or failure to receive a particular player, team, card, autograph, memorabilia card, parallel, or other "hit."
Sealed Products: We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, damaged cards inside factory-sealed products, missing hits, incorrect stated odds, or other manufacturer-related issues. These concerns should be directed to the product manufacturer.
Live Breaks: All purchases of spots in live breaks are final. Break results are determined solely by the contents of the product opened and the rules stated for that specific break. Purchasing a break spot does not guarantee that you will receive a card or a card of any particular value.
Shipping Damage: If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the package, packaging materials, and affected items so we can review the situation. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Orders: If we make an error and send you the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can review and correct the issue as appropriate.
